Elite Organisation Network is a new and unique company developed to unite British Sports, Learning Establishments and Corporate Business with a view to organisational restructure, in order to enhance excellence.

EON employs fully qualified staff and instructors with years of experience in mentoring sporting, corporate and military organisations.

Dean Jones, Joint Managing Director of Elite Organisation Network has many years experience in planning and conducting military training and consultancy in professional Sport. As a serving Royal Marine he now uses this vast operational experience to organize a diverse range of conferences team building consultancy packages for EOGs growing list of professional sports club clients.

He recently devised a radical new initiative aimed at building partnerships between the Royal Marines and Professional Sport; this led to the formation of The Royal Marines Sports Presentation Team. The Royal Marines then under the guidance of Jones delivered practical leadership training to Professional Football, Rugby Union and Rugby League Clubs. He also coordinated and hosted five major visits to the Commando training Centre Royal Marines in 2005, and devised a unique training package for the GB U16 Rugby League "Link" programme. He was also liaison for The Royal Marines GB Rugby League visit to Bath University (Practical Leadership Training).

Dean is currently planning a presentation for the Football Association on "Life after football". He played for Swansea City Football Club 1996-98.
